4 hour classes are $450, 8 hour classes are $699, and 12 hour classes are $749. All classes are Non-refundable. We allow for flexible scheduling. Reschedule any class within 12 months for no fee.

**CME certificate replacements are $10

Registered Providers may change to any other venue within 12 months of order date
